And the HD2 includes a couple of nice extras, including a pre-installed client for the Slacker Internet radio service and a variety of multimedia apps that provide direct streaming of movie/TV content or access to purchasing e-books (though from an unnamed company that isn't Amazon)--not to mention pre-loaded full versions of both Transformers movies. Road warriors will also appreciate the free six months of in-flight Internet service offered by Aircell.

The HD2 runs WinMo6, so it will be compatitble with Nokia’s Qt code. Maybe Nokia can make an Ovi Store for WinMo6 with all of the new Qt apps from Symbian and Maemo/MeeGo. Looks like Microsoft ditched Qt in the latest CE kernel, but WinMo6 still uses the old kernel.

Great HTC Desire review, been following this phone for a long time and waiting for HTC. Used to have the HD2 and Sense is great. I think HTC Desire phone could be the best of all time, it is better than iphone. It is very hard for people to review a phone and say it is much better and a "iphone beater" look is the problems with the iphone. Great review though. http://www.gsmcellulars.com

I have tmobile and text all the time. I have 5 lines and some text more than talk and I haven't had any complaints from any of them. We text to people with other companies. It could depend on what you have on your phone or the area you are in.
